Q    Would you provide me with a direct phone line?
A    Yes, it is provided upon request. However, if you wish to request the line for Internet connection, we have Internet connection outlet in every apartment, provided you have a computer set and LAN card to get connected. The Internet connection and usage is free of charge.

Q    Do you provide baby sitter and baby cot?
A    No, we do not provide baby sitter service. But our guest service at lobby could give you information on the service. However, baby cot is available upon request.

Q    Can I bring pets to stay with me?
A    No, we do not have a policy allowing pets in the property.

Q    How can I use your free in-room Internet?
A    Every apartment at South Indian Hotel has Internet outlet. The connection is quite easy as long as you have a computer set and LAN card. If you have no computer of your own, you may get connected at our Internet booth at lobby floor.

Q    Do you have South Indian Hotel Services outside New Delhi?
A    No. South Indian Hotel Services are located in New Delhi only.

Q    How far is the Railway station from South Indian Hotel?
A    It's about 2.5 km from Railway Station.

Q    How do I make a reservation?
A    You may easily make a reservation via several channels:

Q    How do you manage if the selected apartment type is not available?
A    The on-line reservation automatically checks the availability of the selected apartment during your desired period. If it is not available, you may choose another type of apartment.

Q    What do I do if I do not receive a confirmation of my on-line reservation?
A    Within 3 business days, you should receive our confirmation. If you do not have one, please contact our sales office at info@southindianhotel.com

Q    How safe is your on-line reservation when I give away my credit card information?
A    Rental payment is made through 'City Commercial Bank' Secure Socket Layer (SSL). The SSL encrypts all given information; as a result, it is not readable. Centre Point database does not obtain and store any of your credit card information.

Q    How can I cancel my reservation?
A    In the case your business trip is postponed or cancelled after your reservation is confirmed, you may consider a cancellation of your reservation. The cancellation can be made by e-mail to info@southindianhotel.com, or fax to 91-11-25739019. All cancellation is subject to penalty. Those cancellations made 3 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Indian public holidays) prior to the check-in date is subject to a penalty of Rs.300/-. A penalty equivalent to one night rent is levied for the cancellation made less than 3 working days before the check-in date (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Indian public holidays).
